To report a case of breast carcinoma revealed by palpebral metastasis

Results
A 74-year-old woman , without a past medical history , her complaint started progressively since 3 months with pain, photophobia and vision loss of the right eye .
The examination revealed on the Right eye (OD) Best visual acuity 20/50 minimal ptosis with upper eyelid retraction , anterior segment and fundoscopy were normal on both eyes
The patient underwent an extensive general and labarotary work-up including thyroid assessment and tumor markers , that came positive for CA15-3 .
Orbital and cerebral magnetic resonance imaging ( MRI) was normal .
Positron emission Tomography (PET -CT ) and mammograhy showed no primary lesion with a suspicious axillary right lymphadenopathy.
At folow up we notice the appearance of facial paralysis .
we decide to complete by a parpebral conjonctiva biopsy that revealed metastatic breast carcinoma
Conclusion
The clinical presentation of orbital metastasis may precead the discovery of primary tumor
