GUIDELINES for Poster Presentations
The congress will be held in an in-person only format. All presenters are expected to print their own posters and MUST present onsite.
Registration: All poster presenters must register and pay the applicable registration fee.
Poster Boards: Posters must be mounted on the assigned poster board that carry your unique Poster Nr.
Poster exhibition venue: All posters will be on display during the whole day in the Poster Area Posters with the numbers 101-1... will be on display on Thursday June 26, 2025 Posters with the numbers 201-2... will be on display on Friday June 27, 2025
Poster Mounting / Dismantling Mounting: P101-1... - Thursday June 26, 2025 from 08:00 - 09:00 P201-2... - Friday June 27, 2025 from 08.00 - 09:00 Pushpins will be provided by the Congress Secretariat for mounting your poster onto the poster boards. Dismantling: All Posters should be removed immediately after your Poster Presentation time, in other words between 18:30 and 18:45 at the latest. Posters that are not removed in-time will be disposed of by staff at the venue.
Poster Viewing Time: Thursday, Friday from 09:00 - 18:00
Poster Presentation Time P101-1... - Thursday June 26, 2025 from 18:00 - 18:30 P201-2... - Friday June 27, 2025 from 18:00 - 18:30 Make sure you are in the vicinity of your poster during the presentation times on the day your poster is on display. It is important for you to be present at your poster during these times to answer questions and discuss issues on your research with meeting attendees.
Your Poster Nr: Your poster number is important to remember as this will be where you hang your poster within the Expo Area and determines when you will be presenting. Your poster number was indicated on your notification letter.
POSTER DESIGN GUIDELINES:
The Poster should be designed to be mounted on a poster board.
Poster Size Standard A0 Format - 841mm (width) x 1189mm (height) or 33.1 inches x 46.8 inches. It should be in PORTRAIT orientation!
Poster Layout: The contents should be clearly structured under the headings of Purpose, Methods, Results and Conclusions. Heading fonts should be larger in size than body text. Make sure the poster is not crowded with text.
The text should be concise in order to ensure good visibility at approximately 3 feet (1.5m).
Permissions for images: Please ensure that you have the permission to use any image you include in the poster. This includes a licence for copyrighted materials and consent forms from patients who are recognisable in photographs or images.
Financial interest: Financial interest, if any, must be disclosed and included in the poster. Presentations made at the congress must not be used to promote a commercial product.
Poster printing: Please print your poster before arrival, we do not offer the possibility to print onsite.
