Congress will take place on the 5th Floor.

Everyone attending the congress needs to be registered. Pre-registration is highly recommended to avoid long queues onsite! You can pre-register online.

The IOIS will hold it's Gala Dinner on Friday June 27, 2025 at the Faro Beach Club, conveniently located just a short stroll from the Sheraton Hotel, where the IOIS 2025 Congress takes place.

Time: starting at 7.30pm till 12pm (midnight).

Gala dinner is not included in the registration fee - Registration is required!

You can register through your IOIS account > Congress registration.

The name badges can be collected from the welcome desk. You are required to wear this name badge at all times during the congress.

Please have your ID card ready to present at the welcome desk so that the hosts can process your badge quickly. 

Wednesday 7am  - all other days starting at 7.30am and closing on Wednesday and Thursday at 7.30pm, Friday at 6pm and Saturday at 4.30pm.

There is limited space to store large bags so where possible, we'd ask you to leave your baggage at your hotel.

Coats, umbrellas and small personal items can be left at the cloakroom beside the registration area. 

Accreditation for the IOIS 2025 program will be requested with the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®).

We are taking an eco-friendly approach so there will be no printed programme, the program will be available on the Congress App.

Morning tea, lunch & afternoon tea is included in your registration fee, and these will be served at the Expo Area. Vegetarian and Gluten-Free options are available.

Coffee, tea and water are also available throughout the day in this area.
