Introduction
In the era of gene therapy, inherited auto-inflammatory and autoimmune diseases are increasingly being recognised and discovered. This symposium will give an overview of some of these monogenic autoinflammatory conditions including TREX1, VEXAS and ROSAH. We will also discuss the clinical overlap between non-paraneoplastic Autoimmune Retinopathy and Inherited Retinal Dystrophies with pearls for differentiating these conditions, when to consider genetic screening, and when immunosuppression is appropriate.
