CONGRESS DATES & PROGRAMME
The 2027 congress brings together several ophthalmic societies in Fukuoka over four days. Below is an overview of the different meetings and their respective dates.

Participants registered for the JAOI, JAOS or JSLT Local Congress may also access the IOIS-JOIS International Congress by paying an additional fee (130EUR) at the time of their local congress registration. This option is available directly through the JOIS registration platform — a unique opportunity to engage with the international ocular inflammation community at one of the world's most prestigious congresses in our field.

CONGRESS REGISTRATION
Everyone attending the congress needs to be registered. Pre-registration is highly recommended to avoid long queues onsite! You can pre-register online. REGISTRATION WILL OPEN EARLY OCTOBER

NAME BADGE PICKUP
The name badges can be collected from the welcome desk. You are required to wear this name badge at all times during the congress. Please have your ID card ready to present at the welcome desk so that the hosts can process your badge quickly.

LANGUAGE
The official language of the congress is English.

CME ACCREDITATION
Accreditation for the IOIS 2027 program will be requested with the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®).
Domestic CME will be requested through JOIS, please check the JOIS website.

CONGRESS APP
We are taking an eco-friendly approach so there will be no printed programme, the program will be available on the Congress App. Find the congress App by searching for "IOIS 2027" in your mobile phone store. (NOT YET AVAILABLE - WILL FOLLOW SOON)

CATERING
Morning tea, lunch & afternoon tea is included in your registration fee, and these will be served at the Expo Area. Vegetarian and Gluten-Free options are available. Coffee, tea and water are also available throughout the day in this area.

In case of emergency, please contact the organisers at the welcome desk.

LOST AND FOUND
All enquiries should be directed to the welcome desk. The organisers disclaim all responsibility for loss due to theft or negligence.

The Organizers do not accept liability for personal accidents, loss of or damage to private property of participants either during, or directly arising from the meeting. Participants must make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
