Everyone attending the congress needs to be registered. Pre-registration is highly recommended to avoid long queues onsite! You can pre-register online.

The IOIS will hold it's Gala Dinner on Friday September 8, 2023 at the Tipi-am-Kantzleramt, starting at 7.30pm till 11pm. Gala dinner is not included in the registration fee - Registration is required!

The name badges can be collected from the welcome desk (Level A - A01-02). You are required to wear this name badge at all times during the congress.

Please have your ID card ready to present at the welcome desk so that the hosts can process your badge quickly. 

Wednesday 7.30am  - all other days starting at 7.00am and closing on Wednesday at 7pm, Thursday and Friday at 6pm and Saturday at 4.45pm.

Starting all day from 6.30am and closing on Wednesday at 9.15pm, Thursday 8.15pm, Friday 6.15pm, and Saturday we close at 5pm. 

Small bags and other luggage with a volume up to 10 litres (e.g., small handbags, laptop bags, small backpacks) are permitted inside the venue however security may ask to check and bags brought in.

Luggage & large bags with a capacity exceeding 10 litres may NOT be brought into the venue. These MUST be checked at the Luggage Container on the forecourt in front of bcc. There is limited space to store large bags so where possible, we'd ask you to leave your baggage at your hotel.

Coats, umbrellas and small personal items can be left at the cloakroom beside the registration area. 

Accreditation for the IOIS 2023 program has been requested with the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®).

We are taking an eco-friendly approach so there will be no printed programme, the program will be available on the Congress App.

Morning tea, lunch & afternoon tea is included in your registration fee, and these will be served on Level B in area B01. Vegetarian and Gluten-Free options are available.

Coffee, tea and water are also available throughout the day in this area and also outside the plenary room on level C.
