The Congress will be held in Kaohsiung from November 13-16, 2019. Kaohsiung is the 5^th Best City to visit in 2018 suggested by Lonely Planet. It will be a unique gathering of all major ocular inflammation societies with their world-renowned members as active participating delegates. The Scientific Committee will be organizing robust scientific sessions, covering intraocular and extra ocular inflammatory and infectious disorders, including recent advances in ocular imaging, clinical and surgical treatment of recalcitrant ocular inflammations, evolving infectious uveitis entities, as well as current understanding of the underlying pathogenesis of disorders such as age-related macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy. Moreover, the program will include surgical interventions in uveitis complications such as secondary cataract, medical and surgical management of glaucoma, retinopathy and others.
